Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Technologist

Location: El Paso, Texas

Duration: Full Time/Part Time

Compensation: $25/hr.- $60/hr.

Position Overview

We are looking for two Artificial Intelligence Technologists to help develop our vision systems and cognitive robotics platform. In this role, you will be working closely with robotics, GNC, and systems engineers to design and deploy machine learning-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing our core perception and decision-making components and translating technical ideas into reliable software.

Qualifications

  • Solid Python programming skills

  • Familiarity with Linux development environments

  • Ability to read, understand, and modify existing codebases

  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation and research code

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of core ML concepts such as loss functions, optimization, overfitting, and model evaluation metrics

  • Practical experience in implementing, training, and debugging ML or deep learning models beyond high-level APIs

  • Familiarity with dataset preprocessing and experiment tracking for reproducible results

  • Computer vision experience (OpenCV, SLAM, camera calibration, etc.)

  • Experience with ROS 2 or ROS-based tooling

  • Background in robotics, GNC, or embedded systems

Job Title: Software Technologist

Location: El Paso, Texas

Duration: Full Time/Part Time

Compensation: $22/hr.- $45/hr.

Position Overview

We are looking for two Software Technologists to join our software development team. Software Technologists are responsible not only for developing simulation environments, but also for testing and validating hardware for our attritable systems. This position works closely with systems and hardware engineers to integrate software across the full stack and support rapid iteration from prototype to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid Python programming skills

  • Familiarity with Linux development environments

  • Ability to read, understand, and modify existing codebases

  • Comfort reading technical documentation and research code

  • Willingness to work with embedded systems

  • Experience or interest in lower-level systems programming (C, C++, Rust, or similar)

  • Familiarity with how compiled code is built and executed (build systems, linking, toolchains)

  • Computer vision experience (OpenCV, SLAM, camera calibration, etc.)

  • Experience with ROS 2 or ROS-based tooling

  • Experience working with sensors integrated over I2C, SPI, UART, or similar interfaces

  • Background or interest in robotics, control, or embedded systems
